The Garo Method

The Author

THE GARO METHOD was developed by Mark Garibaldi.  His education includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Behavioral Science from the University of San Diego, a Master of Arts Degree in Behavioral Science from California State University-Bakersfield, and a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of the Pacific-McGeorge School of Law.

Mark worked for a private civil law firm specializing in business and tort litigation, and spent over ten years as a Deputy District Attorney, focusing his efforts on juveniles for almost eight of those years.  He has been a practicing attorney since 1989.

Mark is a sports, exercise, and nutritional enthusiast who works-out regularly, and has been involved in athletics his entire life.  From grammar school through high school, he played football, basketball, baseball, and track.

Mark played college football at the University of San Diego, and was a four-year letterman at the fullback position.  It was during his college football career that he acquired the nickname "Garo" from his teammates, which was short for Garibaldi.

Mark has sponsored junior athletic teams and individual athletes in basketball, football, baseball, wrestling, and golf.  He is also a consultant and a personal coach, and he designs and implements training, fitness, mental, nutritional, and weight loss programs for children, teenagers, adults, and athletes.
